great room selection and service
room choice clean bathroom breakfast service smiling staff
we were shown our room but also offered another option. i had a choice of rooms, rare. the bathroom was a good size and very clean. we found the breakfast plentiful , and the staff always smiled. i will definitely return when it is warmer.
a stair was left on the stairs , and the stairs were narrow.

SUPERB Stay, clean rooms
clean room really good price
This visit marked my second stay and the room WAS very clean. the price INCLUDED breakfast, really good value. parking WAS available when needed. I found it very convenient.
the room LACKED a door to a small corridor. this design resulted in a cooler room, and i needed more bedding.

amazing breakfast daily question promenade access
the breakfast included was amazing. staff asked everyday if we needed anything. the hotel is close to all amenities and the promenade.
the car parking area was small, so i did need to book in advance.

A Warm, Cute Stay
room upgrade ample space really good cleanliness
The staff showed attentiveness and care. They wanted our stay perfect. On arrival, we received an upgrade to our room, and the room felt very spacious. The bathroom had really good cleanliness, complete with a walk-in shower and ample space.
I would say that the room could have benefited from additional pillows.

freshly cooked breakfasts huge choice staff flexibility
The staff was genuinely keen to help. Every member of the team worked hard. The freshly cooked breakfasts offered huge choice. The staff showed flexibility regarding all our requests.
The front door key needed some juggling. It was a bit difficult to work.

noisy street disorganized service carpet stains
The room faced a noisy street. sleep was difficult due to constant traffic. the breakfast service seemed disorganized. Several items ran out quickly and staff were slow to restock. i also noticed some stains on the carpet near the bed.
